1. Orders for booth furnishings and other Hargrove-supplied rental items or services may be placed with us online (see below), via fax (301-731-5438) or by mail. Orders received by Monday, February 8 – with payment – ensure the best rates.

NEW ONLINE ORDERING PROCEDURE!
Click on the “Order Hargrove Services Online” button. To set up your account, select “First Time User”. You will be prompted to enter your email address. Once you hit “Submit”, a temporary password will be emailed to you; this password can then be changed to one of your own choosing.

2. Orders for services provided by other vendors (such as electrical and AV rentals) are to be placed directly with the appropriate vendor; scroll down in the Web-accessible manual to see Additional Show Services.
