Direct Mail Campaign for Attendance
The list(s) we use for attendance promotion is comprised of of tobacco association membership lists, past show attendees, Tobacco Outlet Business Magazine circulation list and the show database that has been developed over the past nine years from inquiries, purchased lists, etc.

Save the Date Post Card
A Save the Date Post Card has been sent to the full list above – more than 33,000 buyers.

Attendee Brochure
Two mailings of Attendee Brochures are sent to retailers, wholesalers, importers/exporters, convenience stores, tobacco outlets, tobacconists and other industry suppliers. This brochure includes an overview of the show, promotion, list of exhibitors, hotel information, air travel, car rental information, the conference program and a registration form. These will mail in October and again in November. This piece carries advertising placed by some of the show exhibitors. A limited number of ads are offered.

Invitations to Attend
Invitations will be sent to the same list that the Attendance Brochure mails to. Many Exhibitors also order their own supply of invitations to distribute to their customers to invite them to come to the show.

Telemarketing Campaign
Telephone calls will be made to all Past Registrants as well as lists of Retail Tobacco Stores, Tobacco Outlets, Tobacconists, Convenience Stores, Tobacco Outlets, Wholesalers and Distributors. More than 15,000 telephone calls will be made to lists that have been developed and kept current over the past 9 years.

International Outreach Program
The TPE show has contracted with Beijing QuCheng Conference & Exhibition Service Co. Ltd to organize a group of Manufacturers, Suppliers and Buyers to participate from the People’s Republic of China.

The International outreach campaign also includes strategic alliances with several European countries via a program launched in conjunction with the Las Vegas Convention Center.
