If your Cigarette Brand(s) and/or Cigarette tobacco RYO do not appear on the list of approved brands by the State of Nevada, please contact Ray Lummus at the Department of Taxation for a one time exemption. Ray can be reached at (775) 684-2069. The Department of Taxation will issue exemptions on a case-by-case basis.
