- Click on Register Now! Click on Exhibitors > Find Your Company > Complete badge registrations
- Order your Opening Night Reception Tickets for the Pre-Super Bowl Tailgate Party! Scroll down the left side of the homepage to Exhibitor Services > Click Exhibitor Service Manual. Read through and place orders. Discount deadline January 11th.
- Click on Show Directory Submissions (after Exhibitor Services) Complete and Submit
- Make your Hotel Reservations – Call VIP Meetings at (800) 926-3976 or (310) 459-0600.
- Invite your clients to the show! Let them know you’re going to be there.
- Monorail Tickets: If you are staying at The Las Vegas Hilton Hotel, The Flamingo Hotel or any other hotel that is connected to the Monorail, discounted tickets are available to exhibitors and show attendees. The Monorail will bring you from your hotel right to the South Halls of the Las Vegas Convention Center.TPE is only steps away! Information about applying will be made available as soon as it is received from the Tax Office of the State of Nevada. This only applies to those Cigarette and RYO Cigarette Brands that do not currently appear on the approved brand list in the state of Nevada.

- Exhibitors can register for their Show Badges at Show Badge Registration
- Tickets for the Opening Night Reception can be ordered when you register online.
- Enter your Show Directory Listing information online.
- Reserve your Advertisement in the Show Directory – Page 23 in Marketing Kit. All Exhibitors should have an ad in the directory so buyers can reference your products after the show. Full and Half page ad space is available.
- Ad materials for the Show Directory are due by January 1st.
- Make your Hotel Reservations. Call VIP Meetings at (800) 926-3976 or (310) 459-0600 for best rates.
- Play SPIN & WIN! Only $150. Reserve your slots on the Wheel & we’ll send 15 buyers to your booth! Page 19 in the Marketing Kit
- Send a Broadcast Fax or Email to pre-registrants from 2010 • 2011 • 2012 shows. Marketing Kit page 21
- Check the Nevada Directory of approved Brands. If your Brands are not on this list, fill out the One Time Exemption Form and send it in.
- Tax forms for sample cigarettes given away at the show will be available at the Exhibitor Registration Counters at the show and can be downloaded on the TPE website under Exhibitor Information.
- Final booth payments are due now!

- The Exhibitor Service Manual link will be emailed to you today from Hargrove, Inc.
- Exhibitors can enter their Show Directory information directly online.
- The Marketing Kit was sent to you last week via Priority Mail. You can download a PDF here.
- The Attendance Brochure is mailing the first week of November and again on December 1st.
